Representative Tom Fabricio
Tom Fabricio is a member of the Florida Legislature and is the State Representative for House District 110, which includes unincorporated North Western portions of Miami-Dade County, Town of Miami Lakes and a portion of Hialeah. He currently serves as the Chairman of Joint Committee on Collective Bargaining and Vice Chair of Ways and Means Committees, as well as on Judiciary Committee, Rules and Ethics Committee, Criminal Justice Subcommittee, Natural Resources & Disasters Subcommittee, Information Technology Budget & Policy Subcommittee and Transportation & Economic Development Budget Subcommittee.
Mr. Fabricio previously served the State of Florida in the Florida State Guard, where he held the rank of Captain. Additionally, he served as the Commander’s Legal Advisor, for the Critical Response Battalion.
Senator Bryan Avila
Bryan Avila is an America-First Conservative Republican who currently serves in the Florida Senate, representing the 39th District. He is also a Captain in the Florida Army National Guard, where he has served for nine years. Avila previously served in the Florida House of Representatives, representing the 111th District—which includes parts of Miami and Hialeah—from 2014 to 2022. In recognition of his conservative record, the American Conservative Union named him the Most Conservative Member of the Legislature in 2024.
Renowned as a conservative stalwart, Avila has championed fiscally responsible and pro-family policies, safeguarding taxpayer interests, prioritizing government efficiency, and defending the social fabric of Florida families.
Born in Hialeah, Avila graduated from Miami Springs High School and earned degrees from Miami Dade College, the University of Miami, and Florida International University. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Cindy Gil-Avila, and they have two children, Olivia and Brandon.
